Georgia Cyber Academy High School Student Transcript Request/Release Form  **It takes 7-10 days for records /transcripts to be sent to the receiving school district** – Please complete this form to request that school records be forwarded to an outside entity.  State law requires that pupil records cannot be released without the written consent of a parent, guardian, or adult student.  A Notarized Authorization for Release of Records Affidavit must be on file at GCA.

Resources:
  • eADAP – By law, Georgia teens under the age of 18 are required to successfully complete the Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program (ADAP) in order to obtain their Class D Georgia driver’s license.  GCA students can complete the eADAP Program online.    
  • Get Registered! – Students can now self-register for eADAP at https://online.dds.ga.gov/eadap/StudentRegistration
